Definitions

a. Privacy statement: this privacy statement;

b. Data subject: any natural person whose personal data are processed by the Controller;

Article 1 General

1.1

This Privacy Statement describes how the Data Controller processes the personal data of its Data Subjects/categories of data subjects, for example (potential) customers, applicants, business partners, suppliers, intermediaries, etc.

Article 4. Parties that have access to personal data

In principle, the controller will not provide the personal data to other parties. But this can be done if:

i.) the personal data are provided to by the Controller

engaged processors with whom a processing agreement has been concluded or independently

controllers, e.g. IT, hosting, HR or other service providers,

externe adviseurs, accountants of advocaten; of

ii.) The controller is obliged by law to pass on personal data to competent authorities, for example supervisory authorities or other public authorities; or

iii.) the personal data are provided to a company belonging to the group

of the Controller or any other department within the company of the

Data Controller.

Parties to whom personal data is provided are themselves responsible for compliance with privacy legislation. The controller is neither responsible nor liable for the processing of your personal data by these parties.

In order to provide the services, the Controller may be required to transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, the Controller shall take appropriate safeguards to lawfully transfer the personal data to such countries.

Article 5 Cookies or similar technologies

The controller uses so-called ‘cookies’. With these cookies, the Controller automatically collects, in accordance with the preferences specified by the Data Subject, certain data about the history of activities of the Data Subject on the Website and third-party apps. Article 6 Rights of Data Subjects

6.1

 

The Data Subject has the right to inspect, rectify and delete his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. The person concerned has also the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data.

6.2

 

The Data Subject may request the Controller to restrict processing and data portability. The latter means that the Data Subject has the right to receive the personal data that the Controller has about him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form and possibly to have the Controller pass on to another Controller.

 If the Data Subject has consented to the processing of his personal data, the Data Subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Article 7 Retention period
